Some of the Lights on Prelit Tree Not Blinking?

My prelit Christmas tree lights are all lit, but the top layer does not blink on and off like the two lower layers. How can I fix this?

Simply go to your nearest store and try finding those same lights you have on your tree. If you don't happen to find none then my suggestion is for you to change the little light bulbs one by one. If that don't work then why not change the lights, probably a bit of a mix of lights on your tree would look good. Hope I helped.

They make replacement bulbs that are "blinkers". All you need is one to make the string "blink".
