Woman's Day Magazine Wine Cork Christmas Tree?

Does anyone have the pattern or directions to a Christmas tree made of wine corks? It was in Woman's Day, Dec. 5, 2006 issue.

I have the directions from the 12/5/06 issue of Womansday Magazine. Since they are short, I will give them here. (Parenthetical comments are mine.)

Wine Cork Christmas Tree

about 90 wine corks
Aleen's Fast Grab Tacky Glue (I used another brand of tacky craft glue which worked fine.)
Styrofoam 9" cone
craft knife
18" black wire
needle nose pliers
drill and 1/8" bit

1. Begin at bottom by gluing corks around edge of cone. Let set several minutes before gluing next row. If needed, use craft knife to carefully trim off sides of corks to make them fit. (Top cone with single cork. Cover cone. I did not have to do any trimming.)( Be sure you let it set overnight before attempting decorating.)

2. Carefully drill hole into top cork. With pliers, bend wire into the shape of a star; insert into hole.
( I skipped this step completely. My tree is decorated with grape clusters from taking apart a Christmas ornament, and with wine glass charms with wine themed charms.

These are held on the tree with straight pins with colored heads which I took from my sewing box. To change the theme, remove these, and add any small items which can be supported by the sewing pins. Small ornaments have ribbon strung through the loop on top. and I top the tree with a bow, using all the same color ribbon.

I made my tree 2 years ago, and just recently had to reglue 1 cork. Seems to hold up well. I store it in a box that is just slightly larger than the diameter of the tree. I really enjoyed making this. Hope this is what you need. Sorry, but I have no way of posting pictures.
