Most guys will like a picture of the two of you in a pretty frame. You can also get him a sweatshirt or T-shirt of his favorite sports team.
What does he like? If he's into tv shows, get him a Funko Pop figure from one of the shows in particular. Music? Get him an iTunes card. You could also just take him to lunch... dates are always lovely.
I think experience gifts are fun! Like plan an outing for the two of you. Find the most fun touristy thing in your town and go visit it, like if you have a river boat cruise or a cool museum or a skating rink or whatever it is that is fun in your town...plan a day of it.
If you don't drive and your town has a bus or subway, you can incorporate that into the fun. One of my favorite holiday gifts from my boyfriend when I was 15, was he planned a day trip to a mall. a the malls were a new concept and the touristy thing to do.
We walked to the bus station, took two buses to the mall. Had hot dogs at a little food counter (this was long before food courts) and then took two buses home. We still talk about that fun trip all these years later!! No, we didn't get married, but we are still dear friends all these years later!
