Recently purchased and assembled a Home Accents 9 foot prelit Christmas tree. Works great EXCEPT when I turn off the lights using the remote or foot pedal, they go off but turn back on in about 5 minutes. Only way to turn them off for longer is to unplug the tree. Any suggestions?
