My old Christmas Star Topper does not have any lights. I really like how the new toppers have twinkling lights but they cost $20-30.
Instead of purchasing a new one, I revamped my Christmas Star topper to twinkle also with Twinkling Starry Lights that I bought for only $3! I wrapped the starry lights around the star and now my star twinkles too.
