I just bought a 7ft per lit Holiday Time tree. I set it up and plugged it in and only the bottom is lighting up. I plugged all sections in seperately and they all work except the middle. I swapped the fuses in the plug and it still works. Supposedly if a bulb burns out they still stay lit. What could be wrong?
