Cardboard Star Ornament

Try this fun wrapped cardboard star ornament for your toddler/child to do! You can make other shapes to wrap, but a star would be easier. This ornament will make a nice spot on your tree!

*I would recommend an adult to cut the shape since cardboard will be tough with child proof scissors. The wrapping twine yarn part will be for your toddler/child to do. :)

Supplies:

  • piece of cardboard
  • scissors
  • tape
  • spool of twine

Steps:

  1. I used a piece of already used star sticker as my stencil to cut the cardboard star out.
  2. Secure twine to star shaped cardboard with a piece of tape.
  3. Allow your child to be creative and wrap as many times and change twine colors.
  4. Lastly tapped all the edges.
